We want you to look and feel your best in our gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear and jockstraps must be in their original, unopened packaging to be accepted.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original condition with tags attached into the shipping mailer, ensuring all hygiene seals remain intact.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
